1. Paul “shows” his Joy and faith to the Philippians 

       God is never going to give up on you! 

2. Paul prayer “shows” the direction of this joy

• that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight 
• that you may be able to discern what is best
• that you may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ
• that you filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ
• to the glory and praise of God.
