God’s personality is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. We can be encouraged by stories of how God has acted in the past. 

2)  The Spirit acts in consistent ways yet always bringing fresh empowerment, fresh comfort, fresh wisdom, fresh joy to the specific situation at hand. We can look forward to the Spirit's creativity among us.

The Spirit creates and sustains life bringing order, meaning purpose and beauty from chaos.
