Who is God making His people to be? For the Israelites in the book of Exodus, we see God forming a people for Himself - one that rests securely in the presence of the Father, and is set apart for the purpose of reflecting his goodness and generosity to the nations. But how does God seek to accomplish this? Join us this Sunday as Caitlyn finishes our series “God’s Blueprint for Transformation” and teaches us how through the importance of sabbath rest as necessary fuel for living a generous life.

Extra Credit:

  1. Choose one day to Sabbath this week. Step away from work or school, spend some time with God, do activities that bring life and joy.
  2. Read through Matthew 6:25-34 each morning this week. Remember that God is the provider of all of our needs.
  3. After resting, ask yourself how God might be calling you to be generous (with your time, money, forgiveness, etc) to someone this week.
