Loving God, being loved by God, and experiencing Him are all available to those who seek Him - including children! Our Children's Ministry aims to aid our youngest members in the development of their own personal relationships with God by fostering our core values of truth, love, approachability, and of course, play! As we engage in the stories of God, we approach Him with a sense of curiosity and wonder, and we are often delighted in what we find as He reveals Himself to us. Here, the kids are free to be exactly who they are - full of curiosity, questions, energy, and excitement. We create an environment where they are safe to seek this God who is good and to be reminded and affirmed of His love and kindness.
Our Children's Ministry seeks to provide all the love, care, and creative freedom for our kids to explore the mysteries and goodness of God. Whether it's entering into the stories of God or interacting with God and others through the medium of drawing, writing, reading, crafting - anything they want to set their minds to - we offer the space for kids to approach God in ways that are honest and authentic. A typical Sunday morning includes a story led by one of our many teachers, crafts, free-time, fellowship time (with snacks!), prayer, and plenty of laughter from everyone in the classroom.
